Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (unsalted, natural or organic)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce (I used Bragg’s liquid aminos)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/3 cup hot water
Instruction
- In a food processor or high speed blender, add peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic and water.
- Process until smooth and opaque in color.
- Use to make peanut slaw or serve as a dipping sauce with almond chicken, tofu, Greek chicken kabobs etc. Please see recipe post for more ideas.
