  • 50 gr tapioca starch
  • 20 gr glutinous rice flour

  • 250 ml hot boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 400 gr large shrimp (shelled and deveined)
  • 50 gr water chestnuts (optional, finely chopped)
  • 20 gr grated ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 tsp salt
