Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces beer
- ½ stick (1/4 cup) butter, (melted)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Whisk the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl.
- Next stir in the beer until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread it out.
- Pour the butter on top of the batter in the pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes. The bread will be done when the top turns a dark brown color and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.
- Slice and serve with butter if desired.
