Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 225g milk coffee biscuits, broken into pieces small
  • 115g butter
  • 115g sugar
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 egg beaten well
  • 3/4 cup almonds chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instruction

  • Melt butter and sugar in a medium sized saucepan, over a gentle heat.
  • Stir in cocoa and egg.
  • Bring just to the boil, then remove from heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  • Press mixture into a greased slab tin and refrigerate.
  • When cool, ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
