Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 225g milk coffee biscuits, broken into pieces small
- 115g butter
- 115g sugar
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1 egg beaten well
- 3/4 cup almonds chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instruction
- Melt butter and sugar in a medium sized saucepan, over a gentle heat.
- Stir in cocoa and egg.
- Bring just to the boil, then remove from heat.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Press mixture into a greased slab tin and refrigerate.
- When cool, ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
