Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups Corn Flake (crushed)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 pounds shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cups Cheddar (shredded)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Melt butter. Mix butter with cornflakes. Set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Place potato mixture in a 9x10 baking pan.
  • Top with corn flake mixture.
  • Bake uncovered 1 hour.
