Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ cups Corn Flake (crushed)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 pounds shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cups Cheddar (shredded)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter. Mix butter with cornflakes. Set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place potato mixture in a 9x10 baking pan.
- Top with corn flake mixture.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour.
