Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken (We Used Thighs)
- Meat Tenderizer (to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat grill to medium heat. (If using the Foodi Grill, make sure the grill plate is installed prior to preheating).
- Season chicken well with the tenderizer
- In batches if needed, add chicken in a single layer on the hot grill.
- Grill for 7 minutes over medium heat.
- Flip chicken to uncooked side and grill for 7 more minutes or until cooked through, tender and juicy. (If using a meat thermometer check to make sure largest pieces are cooked beyond 170 for best results.)
