Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 Bunch Spinach (rinsed and dried)
- 1/2 Head Romaine lettuce (rinsed and dried (for a little crunch))
- 1 1/2 Cups Grape Tomatoes (halved (I prefer to half them for BBQ's since you are already struggling w/paper plates))
- 1-2 Large Carrots (sliced or ribboned (cut in half and use a potato peeler to make ribbons))
- 2 Eggs (hard boiled, cooled, chopped)
- 3 Slices of bacon (cooked, chopped)
- 1/3 Cup Three Cheese Blend (shredded cheese)
- 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
- 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dry Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Chives
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3/4 Teaspoon Dill
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
