The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 Bunch Spinach (rinsed and dried)
  • 1/2 Head Romaine lettuce (rinsed and dried (for a little crunch))
  • 1 1/2 Cups Grape Tomatoes (halved (I prefer to half them for BBQ's since you are already struggling w/paper plates))
  • 1-2 Large Carrots (sliced or ribboned (cut in half and use a potato peeler to make ribbons))
  • 2 Eggs (hard boiled, cooled, chopped)
  • 3 Slices of bacon (cooked, chopped)
  • 1/3 Cup Three Cheese Blend (shredded cheese)
  • 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
  • 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dry Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Chives
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Dill
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
