Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 7 ounce container hummus (or 8 ounce)
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 roma tomato (chopped {about 1/4 cup})
- 1/2 roasted red bell pepper (diced {about 1/2 cup})
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup olives (chopped)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Stir together lemon juice and hummus, and put the hummus in a small/medium bowl {something that holds about 1.5-2 cups}.
- Top with desired toppings, in the order listed. Serve with veggie slices and/or whole grain chips or crackers.
