Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 7 ounce container hummus (or 8 ounce)
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 roma tomato (chopped {about 1/4 cup})
  • 1/2 roasted red bell pepper (diced {about 1/2 cup})
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup olives (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instruction

  • Stir together lemon juice and hummus, and put the hummus in a small/medium bowl {something that holds about 1.5-2 cups}.
  • Top with desired toppings, in the order listed. Serve with veggie slices and/or whole grain chips or crackers.
