Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 8-12 cups romaine lettuce (torn in large chunks)
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 package Greek Salad Mix – feta (olives in oil (DeLallo))
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, place the romaine lettuce. Add the tomatoes, red onion, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the Greek Salad Mix (olive, chopped, feta cheese, and the oils)
- Toss to serve. Optional to add balsamic vinegar.
