Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 8-12  cups romaine lettuce (torn in large chunks)
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1 package Greek Salad Mix – feta (olives in oil (DeLallo))
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, place the romaine lettuce. Add the tomatoes, red onion, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the Greek Salad Mix (olive, chopped, feta cheese, and the oils)
  • Toss to serve. Optional to add balsamic vinegar.
