Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Marinade:
  • 1 Cup 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Homemade Ketchup
  • 2 TB Coconut Aminos
  • 1 TB Rice Vinegar
  • 1 TB Erythritol Brown Sugar or Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Pureed Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Paste

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, simply whisk together the marinade ingredients.
  • Remove 1/2 of marinade and set aside in the fridge.
  • In the remaining bowl of marinade, add your chicken breasts.
  • Allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  • Once marinated, grill the chicken on a preheated grill (indoor grill works too!) for about 11-12 minutes. Brush with the reserved marinade before flipping and grilling another 11-12 minutes until the chicken in properly cooked through.
