Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
- Marinade:
- 1 Cup 100% Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 Cup Homemade Ketchup
- 2 TB Coconut Aminos
- 1 TB Rice Vinegar
- 1 TB Erythritol Brown Sugar or Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Pureed Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Chili Paste
Instruction
- In a large bowl, simply whisk together the marinade ingredients.
- Remove 1/2 of marinade and set aside in the fridge.
- In the remaining bowl of marinade, add your chicken breasts.
- Allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Once marinated, grill the chicken on a preheated grill (indoor grill works too!) for about 11-12 minutes. Brush with the reserved marinade before flipping and grilling another 11-12 minutes until the chicken in properly cooked through.
