Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 5 garlic cloves (grated or minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound large shrimp (shelled (except for tails) and deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instruction

  • Place the butter in a large pan and melt over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and seasoning.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then serve.
