Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves (grated or minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound large shrimp (shelled (except for tails) and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instruction
- Place the butter in a large pan and melt over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and seasoning.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
- Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then serve.
