Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instruction

  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring often until it just begins to turn pink.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, remaining butter, red pepper flakes, and the parsley and continue to cook until the shrimp is fully pink and opaque about 3 minutes.
