Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g (1lb) sugar snap peas
- 3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- pinch of chilli flakes
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper (to taste )
Instruction
- Heat a splash of oil in a large frying pan set over high heat.
- Add the sugar snaps and cook, tossing regularly, until they start to char slightly.
- Add the garlic, chilli and lemon juice then season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another minute or two then serve.
