Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g (1lb) sugar snap peas
  • 3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste )

Instruction

  • Heat a splash of oil in a large frying pan set over high heat.
  • Add the sugar snaps and cook, tossing regularly, until they start to char slightly.
  • Add the garlic, chilli and lemon juice then season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for another minute or two then serve.
