The following ingredients have 108 Servings
  • 7 oz Digestive biscuits
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 24 oz Cream cheese (Mascarpone or Philadelphia )
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp  Cornflour (or All-purpose flour)
  • 4 Eggs (large)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 5 Figs (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 lb Figs ((10 figs) )
  • 1 tbsp Honey (or corn syrup)
  • 1/2 tbsp Hot water

Instruction

  • Pre-heat the oven at 150 C/ 300 F.
  • Wrap the outside of an 8 or 9-inch springform pan in foil. Set aside.
  • Add flour to the chopped figs and set aside.
