The following ingredients have 108 Servings
- 7 oz Digestive biscuits
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 24 oz Cream cheese (Mascarpone or Philadelphia )
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Cornflour (or All-purpose flour)
- 4 Eggs (large)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 5 Figs (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 lb Figs ((10 figs) )
- 1 tbsp Honey (or corn syrup)
- 1/2 tbsp Hot water
Instruction
- Pre-heat the oven at 150 C/ 300 F.
- Wrap the outside of an 8 or 9-inch springform pan in foil. Set aside.
- Add flour to the chopped figs and set aside.
