Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 3 TB Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
  • 2 TB Buckwheat Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 3 TB Water
  • Customize with add-ins:
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries

Instruction

  • Grease a waffle iron and allow to heat as you prep the waffle batter.
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients (optional add-ins) and mix together to form a smooth batter.
  • Once the waffle iron is heated, pour the batter in and allow to cook as per your waffle iron instructions.
  • Remove the finished waffle and let cool on a wire rack before wrapping in wax paper and storing in a large plastic bag to freeze. (Repeat process for the amount of waffles you'd like.)
  • Or eat right away with some pure maple syrup and any toppings you desire!
