Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 25 oz Frozen Beef Ravioli
- 10 oz Red Enchilada Sauce
- 8 oz Salsa
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
- 2 1/4 oz Black Olives (drained & sliced )
Instruction
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- While the ravioli is cooking, combine enchilada sauce and salsa in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
- Drain ravioli. Add the ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat. Top with cheese and olives. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
