Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 25 oz Frozen Beef Ravioli
  • 10 oz Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 oz Salsa
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 1/4 oz Black Olives (drained & sliced )

Instruction

  • Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  • While the ravioli is cooking, combine enchilada sauce and salsa in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
  • Drain ravioli. Add the ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat. Top with cheese and olives. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
