Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Divine cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup ChocoZero chocolate chips (or other low carb chocolate chips)

Instruction

  • Add the walnuts to a food processor and process until it's a thick looking nut butter. First it will get crumbly and then look like hummus. You should scrape down the bowl as you go and this should only take a few minutes.
  • Add in the Swerve sweetener, cocoa powder and butter. Process until well combined.
  • Place a piece of wax paper or parchment paper in a baking dish so that is covers the bottom and hangs over the sides.
  • Spoon the fudge batter into the baking dish and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and press down with your hand.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours until it has hardened.
  • Take out and pull out of the dish with the wax paper sides. Cut into pieces and store in the freezer or refrigerator.
