Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 ounces cream cheese ((cubed and softened))
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • flour tortillas

Instruction

  • 1. In a small bowl, add cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper, mix well.
  • Place chicken breast in the bottom of slow cooker. Pour the seasoning mixture and the water into crock.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks.
  • Mix with cream cheese and 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
  • Warm flour tortillas and spread a small amount of chicken mixture onto the tortillas.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese Roll up.
  • Serve with additional toppings such as sour cream, salsa and avocado.
