Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 boneless pork chops
- 2 teaspoons season salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.5 teaspoons ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
Instruction
- Mix together your flour and spices in a bowl.
- Dredge your chops through your flour mixture so that they are coated well.
- Place coated pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased 4-quart crock pot.
- Mix together 1/2-1 cup of your flour mixture with equal parts milk and gently pour around your chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until our chops reach safe internal temperature.
