The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 boneless pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons season salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground red pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instruction

  • Mix together your flour and spices in a bowl.
  • Dredge your chops through your flour mixture so that they are coated well.
  • Place coated pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased 4-quart crock pot.
  • Mix together 1/2-1 cup of your flour mixture with equal parts milk and gently pour around your chops.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until our chops reach safe internal temperature.
