Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs Flat Iron Steak or Other Stir Fry Type Beef ( Sliced Thin)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoons teaspoon- minced ginger
- 2 Bottles P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce (divided)
- 1/2 Cup La Choy Soy Sauce
- Steamed Broccoli and/or Rice
- 3 Green Onions (chopped)
Instruction
- Cook beef in a large skillet (or browning slow cooker) in oil with garlic and ginger until browned.
- Pour into a 6 quart slow cooker and stir in one bottle of P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce and 1/2 Cup La Choy Soy Sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Stir in second bottle of P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce.
- Serve over Steamed Broccoli or Rice and top with Green Onions.
