Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs Flat Iron Steak or Other Stir Fry Type Beef ( Sliced Thin)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoons teaspoon- minced ginger
  • 2 Bottles P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce (divided)
  • 1/2 Cup  La Choy  Soy Sauce
  • Steamed Broccoli and/or Rice
  • 3 Green Onions (chopped)

Instruction

  • Cook beef in a large skillet (or browning slow cooker) in oil with garlic and ginger until browned.
  • Pour into a 6 quart slow cooker and stir in one bottle of P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce and 1/2 Cup La Choy Soy Sauce.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Stir in second bottle of P.F. Chang’s® Mongolian BBQ Home Menu Sauce.
  • Serve over Steamed Broccoli or Rice and top with Green Onions.
