Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb lean ground beef (browned and drained)
- 5 Russet Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 12 oz Frozen Corn (kept frozen)
- 8 oz baby carrots (each baby carrots cut into thirds (I used half a 16 oz bag))
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 48 oz spaghetti sauce ((2 - 24 oz jars))
- 24 oz evaporated milk ((2 - 12 oz cans))
Instruction
- Put all your ingredients in a 6 quart crock pot and stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. It is done when the carrots and potatoes have reached desired tenderness.
