Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 30 ounces Mexi-corn (drained)
- 20 ounces Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
- 1 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ounce Ranch dressing mix ((dry mix))
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients and stir gently in a large bowl until combined. Reserve a little bit of cheese and green onions for garnish.
- Refrigerate dip until ready to serve.*
- Garnish with reserved cheddar cheese and green onions before serving.
- Serve with corn tortilla chips.
