Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head (~1 1/2 lb) Napa or regular cabbage, roughly chopped or sliced
- 4 carrots (~ 6 ounces), grated
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar, depending on how much you like sweetness
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (or any other acid / vinegar)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise (or vegenaise for vegans)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to distribute ingredients. Add more mayonnaise and sea salt to taste.
- You can eat it straight away but it will taste better if it has a couple hours to sit. Good for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Happy Eating! Beckie
