Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve Brown Sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Add the cashews to a bowl and cover with water. Set aside and soak for 4-6 hours.
  • After that, drain the cashews and place into a hight speed blender like a Vitamix.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
  • Serve with fruit or low carb crackers.
