The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro (minced)
Instruction
- While your white rice is still warm, gently stir in 2 tablespoons of butter until well combined.
- Next, stir in the sea salt and lime juice until well combined.
- Finally, stir in the cilantro so that it’s evenly distributed throughout the rice.
- Transfer your homemade Cilantro Lime Rice to a bowl to serve as a side dish.
