Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro (minced)

Instruction

  • While your white rice is still warm, gently stir in 2 tablespoons of butter until well combined.
  • Next, stir in the sea salt and lime juice until well combined.
  • Finally, stir in the cilantro so that it’s evenly distributed throughout the rice.
  • Transfer your homemade Cilantro Lime Rice to a bowl to serve as a side dish.
