Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 23 oz milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips ((1 bag))
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons raspberry extract
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips ((optional))
- red candy melts ((optional))
Instruction
- Prepare an 8-inch pan by lining it with wax paper (or use parchment paper).
- Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. If needed, microwave again, 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until all the chocolate chips are melted.
- Add the raspberry extract and mix until combined. Pour into the 8x8 inch prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the fudge and press in slightly (optional). Refrigerate 3-4 hours until set.
- Cut the fudge into square chunks and drizzle with the melted red candy melts (optional).
