Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts (or any nuts of your choice, chopped plus 2 tablespoons to go on the top)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease 13 by 9 baking pan with butter and line parchment paper over the top.
- Using mixer whisk 3 eggs, 2 cups of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Using a different bowl combine 1 1/2 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of cocoa and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix then stir it into the egg mixture using spatula. Fold in 1 cup of nuts into the batter or add it to the bottom of the pan.
- Add batter to the baking pan and garnish with Easter candy and chopped nuts, bake brownie for 30 minutes, be careful not to over bake it. Cool inside the pan.
- After it cools down, drizzle melted chocolate over the top, then cut into squares. Enjoy!
