The following ingredients have 32 Servings
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 2 oz dried cranberries, chopped
- 2 oz roasted pistachios, chopped
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 oz dried cherries, chopped
- 2 oz roasted salted almonds, chopped
Instruction
- Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. For the white chocolate bites, place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth (about 1 1/2 minutes).
- Drop white chocolate by tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet; use back of a spoon to shape into a circle (work with one bite at a time). Top with cranberries and pistachios, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat with remaining white chocolate and toppings. Chill baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, until bites are set.
- For the chocolate bites, place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth (about 1 1/2 minutes).
