Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5.3 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate Bar (1 Devine Bar) (Devine 70% bittersweet chocolate is used in this recipe)
  • 1/4 cup chopped assorted raw unsalted nuts (Note 1)
  • 1/4 cup assorted dried fruit, chopped (Note 2)
  • 3 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes (Note 3 )
  • dash Himalayan salt (Note 4)

Instruction

  • Place parchment or wax paper on a baking sheet, set aside.
  • Place water in the bottom of a double boiler. (Note 5) Put the top pot on the double boiler. Set the heat on the stove to medium-high.
  • One the pot is warm, reduce heat to medium.
  • Add some of the chocolate to the pot. Let melt.
  • Place the remaining chocolate in the pot to melt.
  • Stir till smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate into the prepared baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with nuts, dried fruit, and coconut flakes.
  • Let the bark set. It should set within 2-3 hours. (Note 6)
  • Once completely set, use a knife or pizza cutter to cut up chocolate bark.
  • Serve and enjoy.
