Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 150 g butter
- 1 cup 220g caster sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup Baileys
- 2/3 cup 100g plain flour
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 160 degrees and line a 12 x 28cm loaf tin with baking paper.
- Place the butter, caster sugar and cocoa into a large saucepan and cook over a low heat while stirring regularly for 5 minutes or until butter has melted and ingredients have combined.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla extract, eggs, plain flour and Baileys and whisk to combine.
- Pour the easy Chocolate Baileys Brownies into your prepared tin and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool completely in the tin before cutting into bite size pieces
