Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup carrots (shredded)
  • 2 cups chicken (shredded)
  • 1 cup Chow Mein noodles
  • cilantro ((optional, for garnishing))
  • peanuts ((optional, for garnishing))
  • scallions ((green part only, optional, to taste))
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil ((or vegetable oil))
  • 1/4 cup sriracha (or less, to taste)
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar ((substitute 1 tbsp white vinegar and 1 tbsp water))
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger (dried could be substituted, start with 1/8 tsp and add more if needed)
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
