Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 packages Knorr®? Selects Four Cheese Risotto
  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken (Diced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper (red, diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 1 bundle asparagus (cut in thirds)
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.  Then sauté the cooked chicken, garlic and red onion in the oil for a 3-4 minutes until the onions are tender and the chicken is slightly browned.
  • Stir in the contents of the 2 Knorr®? Selects Four Cheese Risotto packages, water and milk. 
  • Cook uncovered and bring these items to a boil. Once it's boiling, reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Then stir in the asparagus and red pepper and continue to cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes. Stirring constantly.
  • Allow to set for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Top with the parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
