Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 packages Knorr®? Selects Four Cheese Risotto
- 3 cups Cooked Chicken (Diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 bell pepper (red, diced)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 1 bundle asparagus (cut in thirds)
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instruction
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Then sauté the cooked chicken, garlic and red onion in the oil for a 3-4 minutes until the onions are tender and the chicken is slightly browned.
- Stir in the contents of the 2 Knorr®? Selects Four Cheese Risotto packages, water and milk.
- Cook uncovered and bring these items to a boil. Once it's boiling, reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Then stir in the asparagus and red pepper and continue to cook uncovered for an additional 5 minutes. Stirring constantly.
- Allow to set for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Top with the parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
