Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 celery ribs (chopped)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk (2% )
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed )
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 3/4 cup frozen petite peas
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 Tbsp butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk

Instruction

  • Cook chicken and shred into pieces or use leftover rotisserie chicken.
