The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 2 celery ribs (chopped)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup milk (2% )
- 2 tsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed )
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 3/4 cup frozen petite peas
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 Tbsp butter (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
Instruction
- Cook chicken and shred into pieces or use leftover rotisserie chicken.
