Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cup(s) rice
  • 1/2 pound(s) boneless chicken
  • 1 cup(s) peas and carrots, frozen
  • 1 small white onions
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce

Instruction

  • Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Fry chicken in a small pan until no longer pink; set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in 10 inch skillet on medium heat.
  • Add vegetables. Stir fry until tender.
  • Crack eggs into skillet and scramble.
  • Add rice and chicken (already cooked).
  • Add soy sauce.
  • Remove from heat and mix in soy sauce. Yes, it's that simple :)
