The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cup(s) rice
- 1/2 pound(s) boneless chicken
- 1 cup(s) peas and carrots, frozen
- 1 small white onions
- 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
Instruction
- Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
- Fry chicken in a small pan until no longer pink; set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in 10 inch skillet on medium heat.
- Add vegetables. Stir fry until tender.
- Crack eggs into skillet and scramble.
- Add rice and chicken (already cooked).
- Add soy sauce.
- Remove from heat and mix in soy sauce. Yes, it's that simple :)
