Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 1 ounce(s) packages ranch dressing mix
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 pound(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped green onions (optional)
- 2 tablespoon(s) diced jalapenos (optional)
Instruction
- Wash chicken breasts and pat dry.
- Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with Ranch dressing mix and drop cubed cream cheese on top. Cook chicken on high for 3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours.
- When done, take two forks and shred the chicken right in the crock pot. Stir in mayo and cheese. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. Add the green onions and jalapenos if you like.
- Serve on buns or wrapped in tortillas. It is also good served on lettuce or over pasta.
