Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 skin-off chicken breast fillet chopped
- 500 g bacon rashers roughly chopped
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 250 g cheddar cheese shredded
- 500 g fettuccine
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 garlic clove crushed *to taste
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Instruction
- Brown chicken in a large pan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly fry bacon in a separate small pan.
- Add the bacon and garlic to the chicken and combine.
- Add cream and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
- Add egg yolks and stir for 2 minutes
- Add cooked pasta and stir through.
