Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 skin-off chicken breast fillet chopped
  • 500 g bacon rashers roughly chopped
  • 600 ml thickened cream
  • 250 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 500 g fettuccine
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 garlic clove crushed *to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste

Instruction

  • Brown chicken in a large pan, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lightly fry bacon in a separate small pan.
  • Add the bacon and garlic to the chicken and combine.
  • Add cream and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
  • Add egg yolks and stir for 2 minutes
  • Add cooked pasta and stir through.
