Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted
  • 2 tsp sugar 
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 2 tablespoons of ready to eat low fat granola 
  • 2 tsp of lite whipped topping

Instruction

  • In a small microwavable bowl, toss cherries with sugar, lemon juice, almond extract and salt; cover and microwave until cherries get juicy. Sprinkle with granola and whipped topping.
  • Makes 1 serving.
