The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup cherries, pitted
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of ready to eat low fat granola
- 2 tsp of lite whipped topping
Instruction
- In a small microwavable bowl, toss cherries with sugar, lemon juice, almond extract and salt; cover and microwave until cherries get juicy. Sprinkle with granola and whipped topping.
