Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (7 oz.) tub marshmallow fluff
- 1 (8 oz.) tub frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- Cookies and graham crackers for dipping
Instruction
- With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and marshmallow fluff on medium high until smooth.
- Gently fold in cool whip with a spatula until well combined. Spread cheesecake mixture into an 8-inch square pan or 2-3 quart baking dish.
- Spread cherry pie filling over cheesecake layer. Serve immediately with cookies, graham crackers, etc. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
