Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can chili beans
- 7 ounces chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 8 ounces shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- Chopped tomato (peppers and fresh herbs for garnish)
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instruction
- Add the chili beans, chipotles with adobo sauce, sour cream and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until slightly chunky. Do not drain the Brooks Chili Beans beforehand.
- Pour the mixture into an oven safe pan and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until the bean dip is warmed and the cheeses are nicely melted.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, peppers and herbs.
- Serve and enjoy!
