Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 7 ounces chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces shredded Monterrey jack cheese
  • Chopped tomato (peppers and fresh herbs for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instruction

  • Add the chili beans, chipotles with adobo sauce, sour cream and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until slightly chunky. Do not drain the Brooks Chili Beans beforehand.
  • Pour the mixture into an oven safe pan and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until the bean dip is warmed and the cheeses are nicely melted.
  • Garnish with chopped tomatoes, peppers and herbs.
  • Serve and enjoy!
