The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed )
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- In a small bowl whisk the egg white and vanilla until frothy.
- Pour egg over the nuts and cover thoroughly.
- Cover the nuts with the brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon and spread them out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, stirring every 15-20 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool, then store nuts in airtight containers.
