Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed )
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl whisk the egg white and vanilla until frothy.
  • Pour egg over the nuts and cover thoroughly.
  • Cover the nuts with the brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon and spread them out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, stirring every 15-20 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool, then store nuts in airtight containers.
