Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili pepper ((optional))
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 250 Degrees Fahrenheit
- Place the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and chipotle in a bowl and mix until combined
- In another bowl using a fork, whisk the egg whites and water until frothy
- Incorporate the pecans into de egg mixture and mix well
- Add the Brown Sugar and toss until all the Pecans are coated
- Spread the pecans onto a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper
- Bake them for approximate an hour tossing them 3-4 times.
