Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 6 large shrimp, peeled and cut into 3 pieces per shrimp
- 1 12oz Andouille sausage, diced
- salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 15.3oz can BUSH’S New Orleans Style Red Beans™
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- Fresh cilantro and parsley for garnishing
Instruction
- In a large pan, melt the butter, and shallot together.
- Add the pepper, chopped shrimp, Andouille, salt, pepper, seasoning and BUSH’S® Beans and mix well.
- Add the cream cheese and cook until the cream cheese melts.
- Transfer the dip to an oven safe dish.
- In a small bow melt the 1 tbsp butter and add the panko breadcrumbs.
- Mix together then sprinkle over the dip
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and the edges are bubbling.
- Garnish with parsley and/or cilantro and serve with toasted baguette slices
