Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled and cut into 3 pieces per shrimp
  • 1 12oz Andouille sausage, diced
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 15.3oz can BUSH’S New Orleans Style Red Beans™ 
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Fresh cilantro and parsley for garnishing

Instruction

  • In a large pan, melt the butter, and shallot together.
  • Add the pepper, chopped shrimp, Andouille, salt, pepper, seasoning and BUSH’S® Beans and mix well.
  • Add the cream cheese and cook until the cream cheese melts.
  • Transfer the dip to an oven safe dish.
  • In a small bow melt the 1 tbsp butter and add the panko breadcrumbs.
  • Mix together then sprinkle over the dip
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and the edges are bubbling.
  • Garnish with parsley and/or cilantro and serve with toasted baguette slices
