Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 2 egg
  • 115 g butter softened
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 2 cup self-raising flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 2 cup icing sugar
  • 15 g butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbs liquid food colouring optional

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced).
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl of an electric mixer.
  • Beat on low speed until thick, then beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Mixture will be thick.
  • Lightly grease a cake or muffin tin with butter.
  • Pour cake mix into tin and bake for 30-45 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, then spread with icing.
  • Icing: Mix icing sugar, butter, milk and food colouring together to form a thin icing.
  • Place in fridge for 20 minutes to set.
