Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce, heat is up to you
  • 2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with tinfoil and cooking spray.  Set aside.  In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk and dressing.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Using a large bowl, and a wooden spoon, mix chicken, cheese and wing sauce. On a lightly floured surface, unroll each pizza dough.  Cut each into 16 squares, 4 in each direction.  
  • Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture on to the center of each square. Pull corners together and pinch edges to seal in filling.  Place 1 in. apart on your prepared sheet.  Brush tops with melted butter.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with dip.  Enjoy!
