Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- ½ cup red onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Instruction
- Dice your tomatoes and onion.
- Mince the garlic.
- Chop your fresh basil.
- Combine all the tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil in a bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp balsalmic vinegar.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
- Stir together.
- Serve as a chicken topping or on a baguette.
