Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 14 tbsp butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 11/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 11/2 cups raisins
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, beat together room temperature butter and sugars on medium speed. Add in eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Add in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Add in oats and raisins and mix. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough on to parchment paper lined baking sheet. If you don't have a cookie scoop, you will be using tablespoon sized drops of dough
- Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
- Cool completely and store in airtight container.
