  • 1 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds (dhaniya beej)
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 2 teaspoons chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
