Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon lime zest (from 1 lime)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients inside a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a colder smoothie, feel free to add a few ice cubes and blend them with the other ingredients.
- Pour the smoothie into 4 small glasses or 2 large ones. Serve immediately.
