Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 ⅓ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan or line with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter, brown sugar and white sugar in a small saucepan. Cool 5 minutes. Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add to butter mixture and stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spread mixture into the prepared pan (it will be thick). Bake 22-25 minutes or just until lightly browned on the edges.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
