Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 biscuits from 1 bag (25 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Buttermilk Biscuits (12 Count)
- 4 oz bulk pork sausage
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375°F. On small, ungreased cookie sheet, bake biscuits 2 inches apart 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, crumble sausage. Cook over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens; cover and keep warm.
- Split biscuits; place on serving plates. Serve sausage gravy mixture over split warm biscuits.
